Privacy & cookies
What we collect
When you create an account we store your email address and the details you choose to add to your brand profile and saved client resources. Payment details are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout; we never see or store your card number.
Advertising measurement
We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure how our advertising performs. With your permission it records that a browser visited a page on this site and that a free trial was started, and sends that to Meta so we can count sign-ups from our ads and improve how those ads are shown. It is used for measurement and ad optimisation only. We do not send Meta your name, email address, or anything you or your clients put inside your saved resources.
We also use the Google Ads tag (Google LLC) the same way: with your permission where required, it records page visits and that a free-trial account was created, so we can count sign-ups from our Google ads and improve how they are shown. We do not send Google your name, email address, or the contents of your saved resources. You can withdraw consent any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.
We also use Rewardful to run our affiliate programme. If you arrive through an affiliate's link, Rewardful records the visit and any resulting subscription so the affiliate can be credited. It does not receive your clients' information or the contents of your saved resources.
We use Digistore24's tracking script to process promotional codes and record when a visit leads to a subscription, so purchases made through a partner promotion are handled correctly by Digistore24, our payment processor. It does not receive your clients' information or the contents of your saved resources.
We also keep our own record of how a visit reached us: the page you landed on, the marketing parameters in the link (such as source, medium, campaign and any affiliate or ad click identifier) and the website that referred you. This stays in our own systems and is used to understand which marketing brings sign-ups. It contains no name, email address or client information.
Visitors in the UK, EU/EEA and Switzerland are asked before any advertising cookie is set, and nothing is loaded until you accept. Elsewhere, measurement runs by default and you can switch it off below at any time. Your choice is stored in your browser and applies immediately.
Emails
We send account and trial emails (welcome, check-in, and a reminder before your trial ends) through Resend. You can reply to any of them to reach us.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of our marketing emails.You may also email us at hello@vitalitywellnessexecutive.fit and ask to be removed. Unsubscribing from marketing messages does not stop essential account, purchase, billing, security, or service emails.
Your choices
You can cancel your membership at any time from your account page, ask us to delete your account and saved resources, or withdraw your cookie permission using the link above.
