Digistore24 purchases: unconditional 60-day guarantee

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Your purchase is protected by an unconditional 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of purchase.

To request your full refund, use the support link in your Digistore24 order confirmation or email hello@vitalitywellnessexecutive.fit with your order ID and purchase email within 60 days of purchase. No reason is required. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing times vary by payment method.

Cancellation

Cancel at any time. For Digistore24 subscriptions, use the order-management link in your Digistore24 order confirmation to cancel. For Stripe subscriptions, cancel from your Vault account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period unless the purchase is refunded.

Separate Stripe memberships

Stripe signups retain their existing 14-day card-free trial. You are never charged automatically when that trial ends. The Digistore24 guarantee above applies to purchases processed through Digistore24, not to separate Stripe purchases.
